General Terms
Because of the nature of the Internet, ordering your purchase online from Art Rogue and Matt Mikulla acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
What can be returned or exchanged?
All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when received. This includes the product packaging.
I prefer to exchange items for equal value. I am just one guy trying to live the dream and run a small business.
What if the item is damaged?
For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately.
What is the first step for a return or exchange?
Notify me immediately or within 48 hours.
When do items need to be returned by?
No later than 15 days after received.

Shipping for returns?
The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns. There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.
Credit for returns?
The customer’s credit card will be refunded once the item is inspected and received.
Product Packing Materials?
The product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received.
